TOA Leisure at The Oxford Academy offers an exceptional range of facilities available for private and commercial hire—perfectly suited for community events, sports clubs, educational sessions, and special celebrations. Situated in a prime location with excellent transport links and a large on-site car park, our venue is designed to meet the needs of both large-scale events and smaller gatherings.

The Cherwell School is a large secondary school set over two sites along the Marston Ferry Road in central Oxford.  

North Site:  OX2 7EE
South Site (including the school Clubhouse): OX2 7EF

We are proud to open our facilities to the local community and create spaces for learning, sports and special events. Facility hire is available Monday through Friday from 4:30 pm – 10:00 pm during term time and 8 am-10 pm on weekends and school holidays.  

Due to the ever-changing needs of our school, we review our Terms &amp; Conditions and fees every summer.  Therefore, we cannot commit to bookings beyond the current academic year until the fees for the next academic year have been agreed.

The Cherwell School

Featuring state of the art modern facilities, The Swan School is home to a performance hall, expansive dining area, outdoor MUGA, sports hall and more. 

Both regular classes and activities and one-off functions can be accommodated here year round. 

The site offers free parking for approximately 70 vehicles, ideal for events.
